Brand new 245,000 square foot residence hall located in Xavier University’s campus housing 535 students, and a state-of-the-art dining hall.

Opened in 2011

Grote Enterprises provided design/assist services and full BIM and coordination for the Piping, Plumbing, and HVAC on this project. The early involvement allowed the project team to meet an aggressive construction schedule. Grote Enterprises utilized positioning software to locate and install 1000’s of sleeves prior to pouring concrete.
