Cincinnati Union Terminal – Museum Center

The project consisted of a major historic renovation to the interior architecture and complete replacement of the MEP systems. Grote provided preconstruction services, working with the construction manager and design team to keep the project within an acceptable budget. Grote was also responsible for managing the coordination process and maintaining the schedule.
