New expansion of the Convention Center including 108,000 square feet of exhibit halls, 25,185 square feet of ballrooms, 30,270 square feet of flexible meeting space and 110,234 square feet of pre-function and circulation space. Grote was responsible for managing the coordination process through multiple stages.
