Grote Enterprises provided design/assist services working directly with Heapy Engineering to develop detailed coordination drawings prior to the construction documents being completed. This allowed the project team the opportunity to prefabricate all of the overhead utilities located in the corridors prior to the building being constructed. This process streamlined the construction schedule allowing a compressed construction schedule of only 18 months.
