Grote Enterprises provided HVAC Engineering and Design Documents for a new Core and Shell HVAC system for this 230,000 square foot Cornerstone Downtown Cincinnati redevelopment project. Complete with cooling tower, high efficiency boilers, DOAS outside air units, water source heat pumps, piping and ductwork distributions systems ready for tenant tie in.
